Omnistar Live ranks close to what I am familiar with and is very user friendly once it has been setup. The price is exceptional and in my opinion, they could be making much more from it from a financial standpoint.

PHP Helpdesk was developed because of our need to keep a list of jobs that were pending. We've tried all sorts of other helpdesk related tools and there was nothing that we've found that would handle the problems that we had. It requires PHP, MySQL, and a web server. Basically, you download the latest tar.gz file, import the database file into MySQL, and edit a few lines in at most 2 config files. That's it!

This is the very simple php script we use at inetflex to manage a hundred of emails per day. We currently do not have a high volume of support tickets to manage, so this tool is quite simple and could be a good base for a system that could handle more volume.

To display recently taken cases, go to display. You can change how many cases you show on one page by
selecting an option from the list at the top.
To add a note to a case, you must first select to edit the case then you can add a note or conversation
by using the form in the top right.
