PowerPhlogger is a complete counter hosting tool that is built on PHP and requires a mySQL server. However, your members don't need any PHP-support on their webserver, they just pass the required data through javascript to PPhlogger that is hosted on your server. Admin features include: create/edit/delete user accounts, mailing list option, multiple file upload option, displays available FTP diskspace, shows your system status, etc. It also has a number of customizable logging features.
